Global Head of Business Development (Future CRO Track)
We’re a fast-growing SaaS company building next-gen CPQ & Pricing software that helps mid-market manufacturers ($50M–$1B turnover) simplify complex quoting and win deals faster. With our first customers signed in Europe, we’re now scaling globally — balancing traditional regions (Europe & North America) with high-growth ones (Asia, Middle East, Africa, Latin America).
The Role

Lead global sales strategy and execution, reporting directly to the CEO

Drive expansion across both established and high-growth regions

Represent the company on the global stage with customers, partners, and industry events

Scale into the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) role within 3–5 years
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a go-getter with the ambition to own and scale a global revenue function. You should bring:

Exceptional academic background (top university) and professional record in enterprise SaaS

3–7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS / B2B technology sales (essential)

Proven track record of closing large deals (>$250K ACV or equivalent)

Experience building international partner and channel networks

Comfort in startup environments: creating playbooks, not just following them

Charismatic communication skills, with the drive to win and resilience to thrive in fast-paced markets

Base: India (flexible, with international travel as required)
